Par actifs financiers au sens de la Loi, il convient d'entendre: (i) les instruments financiers au sens de la loi du 5 aout 2005 sur les contrats de garantie financiere, et (ii) les especes et avoirs de quelque nature que ce soit detenus en compte. La societe n'est admise a detenir une participation dans une societe qu'a la condition de ne pas s'immiscer dans la gestion de cette societe.

The company is allowed a hold a participation in a society that has the condition not to interfere in the management of this company.
