Article 1 :
Les Parties fixent la Date de Délivrance au plus tard le 31 décembre 2006, et non plus le 30 octobre 2006 et amendent en conséquence l’Article 3, alinéas 3.2 et 3.3 comme suit :
3.2 La Date de Délivrance est fixée au plus tard le 31 décembre 2006.
3.3 Si les conditions correspondant à la Date de Délivrance ne sont pas réunies par faute du Bailleur au plus tard le 31 décembre 2006, le Preneur pourra à sa seule discrétion conformément aux étapes suivantes :
