Article 2 :
Les Parties fixent la Date de Commencement du bail au plus tard le 30 avril 2007 et non plus le 20 avril 2007 et amendent en conséquence l’Article 4, alinéas 4.2 et 4.3 comme suit :
«4.2 La Date de Commencement du Bail correspond à la date où toutes les conditions ci- après seront réunies et est fixée au plus tard le 30 avril 2007 : »
Les autres dispositions de l’Article 42 restent inchangées.
« 4.3 Si les conditions correspondant à la Date de Commencement ne sont pas réunies, par faute du Bailleur, le 30 avril 2007, le Preneur pourra à sa seule discrétion reporter le Date de Commencement au plus tard le 30 octobre 2007, soit six (6) mois à compter du 30 avril 2007».
Les autres dispositions de l'article 4.3 restent inchangées.
