ARTICLE 6 : DÉLÉGATIONS

Sky Eyes ne doit pas sous-traiter ses obligations contractuelles en vertu du présent contrat sans l'autorisation préalable écrite de la Partie A. La partie B est responsable des actes et/ou défaut de ses sous-traitants, ses agents ou ses employés, comme s’il s’agissait d’actes ou manquements propre de la Partie B, pendant et après la durée du présent contrat.

Sauf indication contraire dans le contrat :

Il ne sera pas nécessaire à la Partie B d'obtenir le consentement des fournisseurs de matériaux, services ou des sous-traitants nommés dans le contrat.

Néanmoins, un consentement écrit préalable de la Partie A doit être obtenue pour d'autres sous-traitants proposés après la signatures de ce contrat. Les Parties reconnaissent et acceptent que le consentement de la partie A sera réputé obtenu en l'absence de toute objection écrite dans les 8 jours qui suivent la demande de la Partie B.

ARTICLE 6: DELEGATIONSSky Eyes must not subcontract its contractual obligations under this agreement without the prior written permission of part A. Part B is responsible for the acts or default of his subcontractors, agents or employees, as if it were acts or defaults own part b, during and after the duration of this contract.Unless otherwise specified in the contract:It is not necessary to part B to obtain consent to suppliers of materials, services or contractors named in the contract.However, a prior written consent of part A shall be obtained to other subcontractors proposed after the signature of this agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the consent of A party will be deemed obtained in the absence of any objection in writing within 8 days following the request of part B.

Part B is responsible for the acts and / or fault of its subcontractors, agents or employees, as if it were own acts or breaches of Part B, during and after the term of this contract. Unless otherwise specified in the contract: It will not be necessary to get Part B the consent of the suppliers of materials, services or subcontractors named in the contract. However, prior written consent of Party A must be obtained for other subcontractors proposed after the signature of this contract. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the consent of the party A will be deemed obtained in the absence of any written objection within 8 days of the request of the Party B.
