Écrire la fonction memoriser_fichie

Écrire la fonction memoriser_fichier qui prend en arguments le chemin d’un fichier fich et un tableau associatif tab passé par référence. Cette fonction lit le fichier fich et mémorise chaque couple (clé, valeur) dans le tableau associatif tab. Dans le cas d’une erreur de lecture elle échoue et affiche un message d’erreur.
