En matière de développement du partenariat, plusieurs études de dossiers sur la demande de renouvellement d’accord de siège ont été réalisées. 12 demandes ont été accordées et 3 sont en cours de traitement. Des Protocoles d’Accord avec l’Arrêté fixant les obligations des ONGs nationales et étrangères sont établis (2 Protocoles d’accord signés, un autre Protocole d’Accord et une convention de partenariat en attente de signature)
