Pour l’année 2013, les efforts déjà entrepris pour maintenir les équilibres macroéconomiques seront renforcés. Avec une perspective d’un meilleur environnement macroéconomique et un espoir vers la stabilité politique, une relance de l’économie sera attendue. La politique de rigueur budgétaire sera poursuivie ainsi que l’application de l’approche budget de programme dans la gestion financière et budgétaire.

For the year 2013, the efforts already undertaken to maintain macroeconomic balances will be strengthened. With a view to a better macroeconomic environment and a hope towards political stability, a revival of the economy will be expected. The policy of budgetary rigour will be prosecuted as well as the implementation of the programme's budget approach in the financial and budgetary management.
