Cependant, les dépenses budgétaires ont été augmentées de 100 milliards d’ariary par rapport en 2011 aux fins de la réalisation des différentes élections et à l’instauration des nouvelles Institutions. En outre, l’allocation des dépenses publiques a été faite suivant les priorités de l’Etat. Les dépenses courantes représentaient ainsi 10,7% du PIB, les dépenses en capital ne seraient que 3,0% du PIB et les dépenses en personnel de 5,6% du PIB. Par conséquent, le déficit global attendu représentait 1,8% du PIB
