ENGAGEMENTS DU PRENEUR
Le Preneur s’engage à :
(i) Payer au Bailleur trois milliards deux cents soixante-quatre millions (3.264.000.000)
VND (hors TVA) du total de frais pour les travaux de construction supplémentaires précisé à l'Estimation approuvée par les deux parties au 06/07/2007. Ce montant sera payé au Bailleur dès la réception de facture VAT du Bailleur et selon le calendrier suivant :
- soixante-quinze pour cent (75%) lors de la signature de cet avenant du contrat.
- vingt pour cent (20%) lors de la réception des travaux. Un proces-verbal de réception sera signé entre les deux parties et le Consultant Archetype du Preneur. Le Bailleur devra transmettre au Preneur les dossiers d'achèvement avant ce paiement.
- cinq pour cent (5%) dans le délai d’un (1) an après la réception ;

This amount will be paid to the lessor upon receipt of invoice VAT and the lessor according to the following schedule:-Seventy-five percent (75%) at the signing of the amendment of the contract.-twenty percent (20%) at the reception of the works. A record of receipt will be signed between the two parties and the Archetype of the lessee Consultant. The lessor must send to the lessee records of completion before this payment.-five per cent (5%) within a period of one (1) year after receipt;
