Bradyrhizobium japonicum is capable of misleading on the roots of soybean nodule formation in which she fixed atmospheric nitrogen, in symbiosis with the plant. The exposure of the transgenic soybeans to the herbicide induces the inhibition of the enzyme to nitrogenase activity of the bacteria, the EPSPS.This exposure resulted in the inhibition of growth of the bacterium as well as his death in high concentrations. The monitoring of transgenic soybeans which has been applied to the herbicide shows that the potential of fixing of N2 is reduced and delayed (13) .
thus, transgenic crops resistant to insects and those tolerant to herbicides are toxic by:
∙ direct Impact:The GMOS establishes a functional link with the key agency (insect herbivore target) ,
∙ indirect Impact: the GMO exerts its influence through a third party organization, on another body (insect pollinator, bacterium symbionte, predator of the insect herbivore target ... etc) .
