Je laisse ma chambre située à Phú Nhuận District,entre l'aéroport et le D1 le 10 septembre.
Nous sommes actuellement 3 Françaises à vivre dans cet appartement comprenant un grand salon, une cuisine, un balcon, 3 chambres avec salle de bain privative pour chacune, une machine à laver, une clim dans chaque chambre et dans la pièce commune, etc.
L'appartement est de grand standing et quasi neuf, une femme de ménage vient 3 fois par semaine. L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage d'une rue calme (un luxe à HCMC)
Le loyer est de 300 euros par mois, internet, eau inclus (compter 30 euros par mois en plus pour l'électricité)
