2 ans 9 mois et 9 jours après… Que de chemin et quel manque de temps… surtout pour alimenter ce blog ! C’est même M. ours qui s’y colle depuis quelques articles… Aujourd’hui sous forme de bilan au bout de presque 3 ans, je vais répondre en même temps à plein de questions qui nous sont régulièrement posées sur notre parcours et notre histoire.
Tout d’abord et pour commencer, au bout de presque trois ans, on est bien, on est sereins et on a trouvé ici à Montréal NOTRE équilibre, celui qui nous permet d’être heureux et de profiter de plein de petits bonheurs au quotidien.
Il y a eu des moments plus difficiles, des craintes, des doutes, de la fatigue des amis jaloux (ceux là ne sont plus vraiment des amis en passant), des petites et des grandes réussites, des découvertes en masse et maintenant un sentiment de se sentir bien ici ‘chez nous’. C’est étonnant mais on se sent plus ici chez nous que lorsqu’on était en France, on ne l’explique pas vraiment mais aujourd’hui tout est devenu naturel, on ne se pose pas la question d'où on peut aller acheter telle ou telle chose, prendre quelle route pour aller à tel endroit, le réseau routier et le métro sont devenus naturels et c’est agréable.
Nos enfants s’épanouissent bien eux aussi, évidemment ils ne vivent pas l’immigration comme nous, notre fils n'avait que 15 mois quand on est arrivés donc il n’a pas de souvenirs spécifiques en France, mais il semble très heureux ici. On attise sa curiosité avec des découvertes, il sait qu’il est né en France et que ses grands parents y habitent, qu’un jour il prendra l’avion tout seul pour aller les voir et bien que nous soyons maintenant des vrais citadins, dès qu’on le peut on part en nature, à 4 ans notre fils connait et reconnait en foret des essences d’arbres, sait que les bernaches partent dans le sud et a croisé une multitude d’animaux sauvages depuis que nous sommes arrivés. Lui baigne dedans mais il sait aussi qu’il a des racines ailleurs.
