Le présent Avenant est soumis au droit vietnamien. En cas de litige ou de non respect de l’Avenant par l’une ou l'autre des Parties, les Pâmes s'efforcent de régler le litige il l’amiable. En cas cTinậuccỏs, le litige sera trnnché dôfinitivcmerrt du Centre International d’Arbitrage de Ut Chambre de Commerce et d'irdustric du Vietnam composée de 3 (troia) arbitres désignés conformément à son rèfllcTTicnt. Le lieu d’aibitragc sera Ho Chi Minh Ville et toute la procédure sera monde en langues française et vietnamienne.

This Amendment shall be submitted to the Vietnamese law. In case of dispute or non-compliance with the Protocol by either of the Parties, the swooning shall endeavor to settle the dispute amicably it.
