Article 6
Le présent Avenant est soumis au droit vietnamien. En cas de litige ou de non respect de l’Avenant par l’une ou l'autre des Parties, les Pâmes s'efforcent de régler le litige il l’amiable. En cas d'insuccès , le litige sera tranché définitivement du Centre International d’Arbitrage de la Chambre de Commerce et d'industrie du Vietnam composée de 3 (trois) arbitres désignés conformément à son règlement. Le lieu d’arbitrage sera Ho Chi Minh Ville et toute la procédure sera menee en langues française et vietnamienne.

Article 6This amendment is subject to Vietnamese law. In case of dispute or non-compliance with the endorsement by one or other of the Parties, them Pâmes shall endeavour to settle the dispute it amicably. In the event of failure, the dispute will be sliced definitively the International Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and industry of the Viet Nam consisting of 3 (three) arbitrators appointed in accordance with its rules. The place of arbitration will be Ho Chi Minh City and the proceedings will be conducted in French and Vietnamese languages.

This Amendment shall be submitted to the Vietnamese law. In case of dispute or non-compliance with the Protocol by either of the Parties, the swooning shall endeavor to settle the dispute amicably it. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center and Industry of Vietnam with 3 (three) arbitrators appointed in accordance with its regulations. The place of arbitration shall be Ho Chi Minh City and the entire procedure will be conducted in French and Vietnamese languages.
