Après la sélection du projet par le Comité de sélection, l’entreprise reste libre d’intégrer ou non les suggestions éventuellement formulées, et le FFEM est libre de ne pas poursuivre l’instruction de la proposition ; les éléments suivants pourront notamment constituer, parmi d’autres, une cause de non validation de la proposition finale de l’entreprise :
- refus de participer à un dialogue avec le FFEM, visant à enrichir la proposition ;
- refus de présenter les arguments expliquant la non-intégration d’amendements suggérés par le Comité de sélection.

After the selection of the project by the selection Committee, the company remains free to integrate or not possibly suggestions, and FFEM is free not to pursue the statement of the proposal; the following elements could constitute, among others, a cause of non-validation of the final proposal of the company:-refusal to participate in a dialogue with the FFEM, to enrich the proposal;-refusal to present the arguments explaining the non-integration of amendments suggested by the Committee of selection.

After the project selection by the Selection Committee, the company is free to include or not the suggestions may have been submitted, and the French GEF is free not to pursue the investigation of the proposal; the following may in particular constitute, among others, a cause of non-validation of the final proposal of the company:
- refusal to participate in a dialogue with the French GEF, to enrich the proposal;
- refusal to present arguments explaining non-integration of amendments suggested by the selection Committee.

after the selection of the selection board, the company is free to the suggestions made and the ffem is free not to continue the investigation of the proposal, the following may comprise, among other things, a validation of the final proposal of the company.- refusal to engage in a dialogue with the ffem program to develop the proposal.- refusal to present the arguments as to the non incorporation of the amendments suggested by the committee of selection.
