Studies confirm the ingestion of the toxin by the Green Lacewing larvae, when it feeds on two species cited. Bio-tests conducted on prey of the golden-eyed Lacewing green, to assess the toxicity of Cry1Ab, showed that the toxin remains biologically active after ingestion of the Bt corn, without modification. Finally,. the Green Lacewing fed prey having eaten Bt corn, saves an immature mortality.
Note: Cry1Ab protein is considered to be toxic only to Lepidoptera (Lepidoptera), while the Green Lacewing belongs to the order neuroptera (Neuroptera).
• Sensitivity to an aphid
.Bt corn is more susceptible to a type of aphid (aphid) as conventional maize, due to an alteration of the chemical components of its SAP.
• soil organisms
many cultures Bt secrete their Toxin from the roots to the soil. Studies in vitro and in situ, indicate that the Bt toxin accumulates in the soil, binds rapidly to surface-active particles (clay, humic substances) and retains an insecticidal activity for at least 180 days (12)
on the other hand, the use of herbicides on crops of GM soya leads to the decrease in the amount of beneficial soil bacteria such as Bradyrhizobium japonicum.

many Bt crops secrete their toxin of the root to the ground. The studies carried out in vitro and in situ, indicate that the Bt toxin accumulates in the soil, rapidly binds to particles of tenside (clay,Humic substances) and retains an activity insecticide during at least 180 j (12) .
elsewhere, the use of herbicides on soybean crops GMOS led to a decrease in the quantity of soil bacteria beneficial as the Bradyrhizobium japonicum.
