• Pour l’électricité, les moyens et mesures effectués ont traits aux :
- Amélioration de réseau et de service ;
- Augmentation de puissance d’Andekaleka III, Tsiazompaniry et Mahajanga pour l’évolution de l’intensité énergétique ;
- Augmentation du taux d’accès des ménages à l’électricité en milieu urbain à 16,0%
- Augmentation du taux d’accès des ménages à l’électricité en milieu rural à 6,3%
• Pour les produits pétroliers, les mesures entreprises auparavant ont été maintenues :
- Promotion des ressources d'énergie afin de réduire la dépendance du pays ;
- Encouragement et facilitation de l'exploitation des ressources d'hydrocarbures du pays ;
- Développement du secteur pétrolier et des biocarburants ; et
- Garantie du climat d'investissement stable afin d'inciter les opérateurs.
• Pour les énergies renouvelables, il a été convenu de poursuivre:
- L’amélioration de la collaboration avec l’administration forestière pour 20,5% des surfaces des
forêts de plantation à des fins énergétiques ;
- Le développement des ressources d’énergie renouvelable (hydraulique, solaire et éolienne) ; et
- La promotion des ressources d’énergie non renouvelable (études sur les ressources biocarburant et carbonisation).

• For the electricity, the means and measures carried out have traits to the:-Improvement of network and service;-Increase in power of Andekaleka III, Tsiazompaniry and Mahajanga in the development of energy intensity;-Increase in the rate of access of households to electricity in urban areas to 16.0% -Increase in the rate of access of households to electricity in rural areas to 6.3%• For petroleum products, measures undertaken were previously maintained:-Promotion of energy resources to reduce the dependence of the country;-Encouragement and facilitation of the exploitation of the resources of hydrocarbons in the country;-Development of the oil sector and biofuels; and-Guarantee of the stable investment climate to encourage operators.• For renewable energies, it was agreed to continue:-The improvement of collaboration with the forestry administration for 20.5% of the surfaces offorests of planting for energy purposes;-The development of the resources of renewable energy (hydraulic, solar and wind); and-Promotion of non-renewable energy resources (studies on biofuel and carbonization resources).
