Article 6
Le présent Avenant est soumis au droit vietnamien. En cas de litige ou de non respect de l’Avenant par l’une ou l'autre des Parties, les Pâmes s'efforcent de régler le litige il l’amiable. En cas d'insuccès , le litige sera tranché définitivement du Centre International d’Arbitrage de la Chambre de Commerce et d'irdustrie du Vietnam composée de 3 (trois) arbitres désignés conformément à son règlement. Le lieu d’arbitrage sera Ho Chi Minh Ville et toute la procédure sera menee en langues française et vietnamienne.

Article 6
This Amendment shall be submitted to the Vietnamese law. In case of dispute or non-compliance with the Protocol by either of the Parties, the swooning shall endeavor to settle the dispute amicably it. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally settled the International Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and irdustrie Vietnam composed of 3 (three) arbitrators appointed in accordance with its regulations. The place of arbitration shall be Ho Chi Minh City and the entire procedure will be conducted in French and Vietnamese languages.

article 6.this agreement shall be subject to the law of viet nam. in the event of a dispute or a breach of the agreement by one of the parties, the pâmes shall endeavour to settle the dispute, the court. if unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally resolved by international arbitration centre of the chamber of commerce and irdustrie vietnam consisting of 3 (three) arbitrators appointed in accordance with its rules of procedure. the place of arbitration is ho chi minh city, and the whole process will be conducted in english, french and vietnamese.
